John Quincy Adams: Do you have to say "Quincy" every time?

In a letter issued to all three newspapers in America, John Quincy Adams aired his frustrations out on the reporters covering his administration. In a scathing critique of their scathing critiques, he held nothing back. Here is an excerpt,
“John Quincy Adams. Every time. Every. Single. Time. Do you have to throw in “Quincy” every time? How about John Adams. You know I’m not my dad. Everyone does. Or John Q. Adams. Would that kill you? Johnny Q even but I know that's a reach. I’m considering suing or censoring or… something equally severe.”
Other newspapers have yet to respond. This newspaper responds simply with this official statement,
“We humbly apologize to President John Quincy Adams. God bless you and God bless America.”
We feel pretty good about how we handled this. Pretty, pretty good.
